Moving Tips

Be Prepared

 

• please ensure that all items are packed in boxes and ready for moving.

• Label your boxes clearly "kitchen" "office" etc. so that the movers can place your belongings in the correct room, for easier unpacking.

• If disassembling your own furniture make sure it is complete before the movers arrive, keep all hardware in a safe place.

• Remove light bulbs from lamps.

• If moving into an appartment building or condo, make sure to contact the building manager, or landloard and obtain any elevator keys.
